Dan Sheffield is a singer and multi-instrumentalist from just outside Atlanta, Georgia. Dan is a lover of all styles of music, and deftly performs well-known covers, rock classics, blues, country and soul as well as original songs with his evocative singing, progressive rock feel, and delta blues sensibility. His powerful voice and distinctive musical style have enabled him to perform on various instruments alongside such well-respected Atlanta musicians as Nathan Nelson, Bill Sheffield, Joe McGuinness, Count M’Butu, and Mudcat. Dan joins up with Elliott Phillips on drums and percussion and David McClatchey on bass guitar to make up the band The New Unit. This solid and dynamic rhythm section helps to take Dan's unique style to the next level.
