LINGER LONGER HOMES AND achasta honored

by ATLANTA building industry at obie awards

Dahlonega, Ga. (December 9, 2009) – Linger Longer Homes and Achasta were honored with five gold awards and one silver award at the 29^th annual OBIE Awards presentation in Atlanta on November 7, 2009. The OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council in conjunction with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

Linger Longer Homes received gold award recognition for the first-ever Points North Magazine Signature Home, built at Achasta, in both the Single Family Builder and Best Building Design categories. In the Marketing category, Achasta was honored with gold awards for Best Print Ad, Best Brochure and Best Overall Marketing Campaign. A silver award was earned for Best E-Marketing/Best Website - Community.
