Annual Downtown Dahlonega Business Reception & Awards Ceremony

Mark your calendar and get your tickets now for a special night of awards and honors.  On Thursday, February 25, Dahlonega’s Downtown Development Authority and Better Hometown Program will present the annual reception and awards event to honor downtown’s special 2009 achievements.  The event will be held at the Smith House beginning at 5:30 p.m. and concluding at 7:00 p.m.

Many awards will be presented including: the “Golden Nail” for commercial building restorations, honors for downtown construction projects, DDA program volunteer awards, and more.

The celebration is produced by Dahlonega’s Downtown Development Authority/Better Hometown Board with promotional assistance from the Dahlonega Merchants Association and the Chamber of Commerce/Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Tickets for the reception and awards program are only $5.  Tickets are for sale at Jones & Co. located at 98 North Public Square in downtown Dahlonega.
